Welcoming Calm
Sunday, October 6th, 2024 from 11:30am to 12:30pm
Presented by Mark Mezadourian and Dave Markowitz
with a Prayer by Anna Abraham
As we navigate this era of distraction and a fixation on differences, we have the opportunity to remember who we actually are – authentically kind and generous beings who are here to embody both personal and global peace. As we embrace our true essence, we gently shed the burdens of our times and expand into greater freedom. In this held space for calm, Mark will lead a guided experience to make room for calm (clearing energy, releasing constriction, claiming our worthiness). Dave will share techniques for establishing and maintaining calm. Anna Abraham will contribute a prayer. As we do this together, we create a community of calm.

Working with Dave reminds us that we are never alone, and that there is always hope for healing.
