“It is safe for my life to be what I want it to be.”
All of the divisive events of the past several years have been stressful on our entire beings, making it hard to find light. There is so much to distract us from the mere notion of peace, let alone the idea of it being a reality. Yet, by holding peace in high regard and as a realistic outcome to this period of chaos, we help ground it into a reality.
Through action, we can center and ground ourselves so others (including the media) cannot pull us off balance.
Centering technique:
Take a moment (any moment, even while with others) to feel yourself standing on the Earth. Take a breath, and recognize the fact that you are actually alive right now. There is freedom and power in being alive. We have enormous freedom within the structures of our lives. As our powerful adult selves, we can connect with our guides, and in the act of asking them for support our perspective widens. A one sentence affirmation like “I am so grateful to be alive” open the doors to a more vivid life.
A lot is changing in the United States and the world right now. Let’s tip the scales toward living in a relaxed country by talking about what we want.
Here is a prayer for peace:
“Thank you, angels, for there being Peace on Earth right now. Thank you for peace being in each individual heart, each soul and each cell. We are so grateful for living in a time in which humanity shifts its focus toward health and unity. Thank you for helping us to choose peace in each moment, and for helping us to not be distracted by fear. Thank you for the wise and kind thoughts that we have each day that lead to wise and kind leadership in each nation in our world. We celebrate life liberty and happiness. Thank you. And so it is.”
