Asking for help can be an infrequent experience for those of us who are used to caring for others. When we are overwhelmed, asking for help can feel unfamiliar, uncomfortable or unconsidered. Given that circulation, balance and generosity involve both giving and receiving, expanding our capacity to receive help allows us to embody and witness to the good that is present in our lives and in the universe. 

While we often view our lives through the lens of worth and deserving, the angels see us only with unconditional love. Unconditional love means that no matter what has happened, or what has not happened, we are loved. They know us intimately and love us fully. In this workshop, we will use our free will to engage with the angels and ask them for help in every aspect of our lives. Using simple and repeatable techniques, we will allow the angels to soothe our minds, nerves and bodies, providing greater access to confident expansion. 

$25 for the event, $15 for Students and Seniors

Liberate Yourself (13323 Ventura Blvd. Sherman Oaks, CA) is locating on the same block as Aum and Garden (same side of the street, down the block, next to Casa Vega). Street parking is available on Ventura Blvd., Dixie Canyon and Fulton. 

The event space is outdoors with seating in chairs. There are no restrictions, but if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask or sitting on the edge of the group, please do.
