We have seen too much.

This in one of the consistent messages from the angels. We have taken in too much information, heard too much, see too many images of violence and harm. The constant chaos of the last four years has triggered us. We are witnessing the core wounds of humanity coming to the surface to be healed – along with our own personal wounds.

This is the time to heal those wounds.
A solution is calm achieved through release.

Beginning this coming Monday, October 26th, I’m offering a six week series on healing core wounds titled Core Healing (Unwinding Core Wounds by Creating Calm). Each of the six Monday will focus on a different topic, beginning with grief.

October 26th – Grief
November 2nd – Unworthiness
November 9th – Abandonment
November 16th – Rejection
November 23rd – Betrayal
November 30th – Feeling Unsafe

This list may seem heavy. It is. But relief follows this work. As Ram Dass “I do what I do because there is nothing else to do.” Perhaps this unburdening is our work right now. To become lighter by actually healing.

Each Core Healing workshop is $10. You can take all six (including recordings) for $40. All six workshops plus a 30 min. Intuitive Reading is $90. You can start anytime.

We simply do not need to hold the weight of the world upon ourselves. We are part of a team of millions visualizing a peaceful and unified planet. Our empowered actions, like voting for democracy over authoritarianism, supports that goal.
