The goal of this series is to explore living outside of your comfort zone in a comforting way, a little at a time. New territory offers us a chance to explore new ways of being, with an emphasis on cultivating centered calm . This includes integrating all parts of ourselves and using our spiritual tools not giving focus to those we are challenged by. We are experiencing an evolution in which focusing on love is the empowered option.
