Empaths take on the energy of other people and environments, often resulting in overwhelm. We can reverse the equation by using our free will to influence our encounters and environments. The empath truth is that if we are sensitive to energy means that we can choose the energy we want to experience. In this workshop, we will practice simple and repeatable clearing techniques to establish a space beyond safety – peace. Immediate calm and focus are the result. In the expanse created, we begin to cultivate the sacred presence of our empathic gift and utilize it to bring light to ourselves and to the world.

From an interview with New Renaissance Bookshop:

1) What is your origin story surrounding empathic work? How does it inform what you feel called to do?

The origin of my work with empaths is being one. The moment of clarity came when I understood the relationship empaths have with energy and our ability to sculpt it. I realized that we are never stuck. Energy flows with information and intention. When we feel stuck with an energy like heaviness, our solution is to infuse our being with the information of how we want to feel, so the heavy energy dissipates and is replaced with flow. What I am called to do is to empower all empaths with the knowledge that our sensitivity is a gift, and that we can lead the way to more mindful lives by curating the energy around us. through choice. Our calm hearts and homes lead to more peaceful choices that ripple lovingly to other souls.

2) What do empaths and angels have in common?

Empaths and angels both have a sense of duty. Empaths are accustomed to that duty being to carry the weight of the world, while angels encompass the entirety of our human experience with the lightness of unconditional love. The angels teach us about free will, clearing and healing. Our evolution as empaths is to no longer carry that weight by healing the parts of ourselves that align with burdens. As we retire from being pain-bearers for our families, cultures and communities, we become more fully ourselves. The core truth about empaths is this: We can sense energy, so we can influence energy. We can start our day with a simple intention like “Thank you, angels, for all of the encounters I have and environments I inhabit today being infused with love. My energy is my own, and I choose to experience love and safety everywhere. Thank you.” Saying that interrupts the recycling of old energy with a fresh intention of what we choose to experience. In the workshop, we will engage with techniques to infuse loving angelic energy into our lives.
