In this workshop, we will get to the root of anxiety by putting it in a context (50% technologically caused) and giving it a voice (identifying the fearful parts of ourselves). We will work to influence our environments with our free will and our voices. The results are relief and calm. In the absence of anxiety, we can focus on putting peace back on the table and create the world we want to live in.
