In this workshop, we will get to the root of anxiety by giving it a context (50% technologically caused) and a voice (listening to different parts of ourselves). We will work to influence our environments with our free will and our voices. The results are calm, relief and connection. In the absence of anxiety, we can focus on putting peace back on the table and create the world we want to live in.
I invite you to take time to join me in a shared activity intended to expand our perspective and include positive change.
