The goal of the Healing Series is to create a held space where all participants can experience deep healing that meets us where we are. Our individual healing helps the collective, as we, one by one, drop out of the paradigm of pain and punishment. In an era where we are witnessing all the trauma of humanity (personal, national, global) come to the surface, this is an ideal time to allow hyper vigilance, anxiety and pain to lessen – and to experience the empowerment that comes from understand their root cause. Angels (Michael, Ariel, Gabriel, Raphael), Goddesses (Mother Mary, Freya, Kuan Yin) and Guides (Saint Germain, Ganesh, Ashtar) will help us in every part of our healing.

This series will focus on healing all aspects of ourselves by engaging in a variety of specific techniques. We will engage in:
Ancestral Healing (4/17) – Releasing the pain of the past while bonding with our ancestors.
Past Lives (4/24) – Healing any trauma from our past lives that lingers with us now.
Aspects of Self (5/1) – Allowing our child, adolescent and adult selves to be honored and heal.
Healing Grief (5/8) – Identifying where grief resides in the body and allowing it to move.
Energetic Healing (5/15) – Releasing the energy of others, any blocks and constrictions.
Healing Safety (5/22) – Acknowledging any hyper vigilance while allowing ourselves to feel safe.

Mark will guide you through each session, so no experience in any of these techniques is needed. As always with healing, the goal is not to kick open the door, but to create space and gain muscle in all aspects of our lives 1% (or more) at a time.

You can join the series at anytime, as each session is recorded, or experience in your own timing with the recordings.
