High Health Yoga Studio is one block off of Alma on the corner of High and N. California. It is across the street from Bowden Park, near the California Ave. pedestrian underpass. The studio is located in a converted garage of the house – there will be a greeter outside to make it easy to find.

Intuition is a natural ability that we all possess. The accuracy of our intuitive guidance begins with having a clear intention. The most common question about receiving guidance is “How do I know it’s not my ego talking?” With clear wording, your request for guidance becomes as specific as dialing a telephone number.

As healers, crystal clear intuition helps us expand our practice, as well as maintain energetic boundaries while we work.

In this workshop we will explore:
-What is guidance, and what is not.
-Knowing how to ask for clear guidance.
-How to receive guidance (the four ‘clairs’).
-How to discern between your ego and spirit.
-Dexterity in working with different guides.
-How to offer guidance free of advice and interpretation.
