Affirmation – “It is safe for me to be safe.”

Our sense of safety, or lack of, is the primary distraction to being in our power. We want to be certain that we are safe. To refresh our experience of safety, we can make this simple request: “Thank you, angels, for protecting me always.”

Once that request is made, allow yourself to tune into your heart, and feel the relaxation present there. You have used your free will to ask, so it is done.

Paying attention to your mind, body, emotions and spirit, say to yourself and the Universe: “I am certain that I am safe.”

It is done. With the room your have consciously created in this moment, notice what other messages the angels have for you. Notice the action steps. Notice how much support you have. Know that you are safe, you are loved, and you can relax as you move forward.

Notice what it is like to be free of distraction and fully in your power. This is the truth of who you are.
