What inspired you to develop your new workshop “Soul Wash: Heal Your History”?

Pain. This workshop is a response to all the pain I’ve been witnessing and experiencing in recent times. That pain has taken the form of anxiety. The anxiety is a reaction to our not feeling safe. Our traumas from this lifetime are being triggered left and right, along with the harm that our ancestors endured. We are being asked to choose the world we want to live in, rather than expecting others to be in charge. This workshop is designed to counter these dynamics by providing hope and solutions.

What will participants experience at your “Soul Wash” workshop?

My goal is for the participants to feel seen, heard and cleansed. That burdens are released and hope is restored. With the angels as our guides, we will revisit and honor our history as a way of healing it. To acknowledge what is there and to bring it into the light. Our main activity will be to identify and remove threats, both real (death, harm) and perceived (the universe is against you). We will make that process simple and practical.

What do you feel are the benefits to working through these issues in a group?

Any spiritual activity works best in groups. We rapidly sync up and the fact that everyone in the room is doing the same thing has tremendous healing power. The gathering in itself is a ritual, which relaxes us. There is immense value right now in held spaces where the group is the focus, similar to a sound bath. Everyone can come in and relax, knowing that they will be well taken care of. The angels will bring us comfort.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

Everything is going to be ok. It is safe for us to be fully alive and have our say.

There is nothing happening now that hasn’t happened before on the planet. Everything we need to thrive is already here. We are heading toward the one thing that has never happened in human history, which is global unity and peace. A peaceful planet where no one gets lost or left behind. To achieve that, we are being asked to do something different – choose love over fear. We are experts at change and no one has to do this alone. Not everyone will shift at the same time, but it is safe for us to lead the way by choosing peace now.
